Refund policy
At Drayton Foam, all orders are custom-made to order, meaning each product is bespoke and tailored to your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns under normal circumstances.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
- Bespoke Orders – Each foam product is cut to size and customised, making it unsuitable for refund. Learn more about our custom foam cutting services.
- Hygiene & Safety – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot reuse or resell foam once it has left our facility.
Returns & Refunds – Exceptions
While we have a strict quality control process, we will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
✔ Damaged Foam – If the foam arrives damaged due to transit issues.
✔ Incorrect Cut – If the foam has been cut incorrectly from the dimensions specified in your order.
✔ Wrong Foam Grade – If you receive a different foam type or density than what was ordered.
If you believe your order falls under one of these exceptions, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and our team will be happy to assist you.
