Shipping Zones in the UK (Zones 1 - 4)
When it comes to shipping within the UK, we use a zone-based system to determine the cost and delivery time for orders. The zones are categorised based on geographic locations, and the further an area is from our central hub, the higher the shipping cost. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location, categorised into Zones 1 to 4:
- Zone 1 – Central & Southern England (Fastest & Cheapest)
- Zone 2 – Eastern England & Midlands
- Zone 3 – Northern England & Wales
- Zone 4 – Scotland & Remote Areas (Longest Delivery Times)

Zone 1: Central & Southern England
- Areas Included: London, Greater London, and parts of Southern England, including areas like Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.
- Description: Zone 1 covers the core of the UK’s population and commercial hubs, where delivery is often quicker and more affordable. This is typically the least expensive zone to ship to because of its proximity to our distribution centres.
- Typical Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Zone 2: Eastern England & Midlands
- Areas Included: East Anglia, the Midlands, and parts of South East and South West England, including counties like Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire.
- Description: Zone 2 encompasses a slightly larger geographic area but remains relatively close to our central hubs. Shipping to these areas is generally affordable and still quick.
- Typical Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

- Areas Included: North Wales, Northern England, and parts of Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, and the West Midlands. Major cities in this zone include Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Sheffield.
- Description: Shipping to Zone 3 is slightly more expensive and may take a bit longer due to the greater distance from central hubs. It includes urban and rural areas that are further from the southern parts of the UK.
- Typical Delivery Time: 3-4 business days

Zone 4: Scotland & Remote Areas
- Areas Included: Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and other more remote or less accessible areas of the UK. This includes places like Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, and the various Scottish islands.
- Description: Zone 4 covers the furthest and most remote areas of the UK, including parts of Scotland that are harder to reach. Shipping costs to these areas are higher due to the distance and sometimes more challenging terrain or infrastructure. Delivery can take a little longer.
- Typical Delivery Time: 4-5 business days or more
